We only collect what we need to answer you and fulfil orders:

• Contact form data - name, email, organisation, role, quantity, use case, and any message you send us.
• Order data if you buy or licence decks - billing name, shipping address, order details.
• Technical data - IP address (short-lived), browser and device information for security and diagnostics.
• Cookies - see our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect special-category data and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

• To answer your quote request - performance of pre-contract steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To fulfil orders and provide the deck - performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To run analytics and marketing - only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations - our legitimate interest and legal duties (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (c)).

We share the minimum necessary with vetted service providers acting as processors on our behalf:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase).
• Email delivery for notifications and replies.
• Printers and shipping partners when you place an order.
• Analytics and advertising platforms - only when you have consented to those cookies.

Some processors may store or process data outside the EEA. When that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to safeguard the transfer.

• Quote requests: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Order records: as required by tax and commercial law (typically 7-10 years).
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in aggregated form.

Under GDPR you can, at any time, ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it's wrong.
• Delete it (right to erasure).
• Restrict or object to certain uses.
• Receive a portable copy.
• Withdraw consent for cookies or marketing at any time.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, let contactees know by email.
